Reasons for treatment: Lower back pain after delivery
Result: I work on my feet for very long hours, five days a week. The holiday season is such a good time for earning money with heightened activity. I have been feeling tired and weak in my lower back for a while. I sprained my back a few days ago. It was so painful, but I still waited until it became unbearable, because I thought it could get better if I just rested.
Finally, one day I came to Pleasant Wellness and met Dr. Chen. That must have been my lucky day! Dr. Chen was busy at that moment. However, she still took me in and had me rest on a comfortable bed. She came back 15 minutes later, and she listened to my complaint very patiently and evaluated my situation in detail.
Then she gave me a dedicated treatment including acupuncture, cupping, stretches, and massages. I fear needles, but I am not at all scared of Dr. Chen’s. I didn’t even feel it when she inserted them into my body. The whole procedure made me feel like all my pain and exhaustion was gradually exiting my body and that my energy was coming back. After the treatment, I felt like a new person.
