Position Summary

Provide patient-centered acupuncture care and advocate for well-being and healing. Assess, treat, and recommend care for patients while maintaining accurate documentation in our electronic health records system, Jane.

Work Environment

Current: Working from our established Wakefield clinic with flexible full-time or part-time scheduling
April 2026: Moving to completely renovated facility with modern treatment rooms and updated amenities
Additional locations: Adult day care centers throughout Boston metro area (Chinese language skills preferred)

Prime Wakefield location with convenient public transportation access and parking.

Compensation & Benefits

Performance-based compensation with earning potential of $60+ per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient assessment and acupuncture treatment using sterile techniques
  • Manual therapy and treatment evaluation/modification as needed
  • Documentation in electronic health records
  • Patient education on acupuncture benefits and risks
  • Maintain clean, safe treatment environment

Requirements

  • NCCAOM certification and current Massachusetts acupuncture license
  • 1+ years clinical experience preferred (new graduates welcome)
  • Strong English communication (Chinese preferred for outreach)
  • Exceptional time management and positive disposition
  • Ability to treat multiple patients per hour
